A $100.00 deposit is required before any session is booked. This deposit goes toward your 1st hour of recording. All sessions must be paid in full at the end of each session day.  We Guarantee to Match Or Beat Comparable Studios Pricing!

Studio Hours
Since all sessions are by appointment, the studio and the client set studio hours. An appointment may be cancelled prior to 48 hours of the scheduled time. A missed appointment that has not been cancelled prior to 48 hours of the scheduled time will be billed a $60.00 setup fee (the deposit).

Setup Time
Studio Puhi, Inc has FREE setup time...up to 45 minutes. After 45 minutes, the clock starts. Please be on time for your session. If you are late, you will be charged for setup time.

This is a basic outline for recording 10 songs CD

Number of Days will vary:            8 hr sessions

Days 1 and 2 record basic tracks (drums, bass, rhythm guitar, piano, scratch vocals)

Days 3 and 6 Overdubs (lead guitar, keyboards, etc.)

Days 7 and 10 Vocals Lead, 2nd part, 3rd part, Background parts

Days 11 and 14 overdub vocals, riffs,

Days 15 and 18 Mixing (may vary)

Prices on the above sessions based on the daily block rates

Depending on the Artist/Band should be able to cut 5 basics in an 8 hr day

 

Equip with Tascam D-88,  Protools and MOTU DP4

Recording + mixing + editing + mastering + 1000 CD’s  $5000.00

 

 

If you didn’t bring it we suspect that you want to rent it?  We assume that the band is well rehearsed on all the songs, and that all solos, intros and endings have been planned out beforehand, and the studio will not be used as a rehearsal hall.  Rehearsals, remixes, and adding more parts after a completed mix are extra.  Extra time due to those circumstances will be billed at $60 per hour.

 Video Production

Videography, Video Editor, DVD Authoring

For superb viewing, the newest way to watch your video is on a DVD (Digital                                                                Versatile Disc). A DVD looks just like an audio CD.

 Camera Package $1600 per day

 You meet with our production team for a one-hour "story board" meeting and plan out the shoot,

including location and action scenes. Then we take care of everything else, all you have to do is

memorize your song and get ready to shine!!

Dramatic opening and polished closing credits

Sound Systems

 

Complete sound systems are available for hire with charges from $175 per hour.

Complete with 2 speakers, amp, mixer, dual CD player (or I Pod mixer), microphone, and all cables.  This system is suitable for events with up to 250 guests.

Note:
This is a basic system featuring a 900 watt amp, and 3-way speakers w/15" woofer.

 Live Entertainment

 

Whether it’s solo or a rocking blues band, live music can make or break your event.

Professional Musicians for hire with charges starting from $75 per hour.

 

 

 

ELECTRICAL POWER

Securing a power source is the responsibility of the renter. Public power is available in some

City parks and can be used for the mobile stage, however, this request for access to the power

supply must be made when reserving the stage. For locations without power, generators (110

volts) can be rented locally at tool rental supply companies.

Audio Master Rates

What is audio mastering? Simply put, it is the final creative step before replication. It is what gives a commercially released CD that "sheen". But more than that, audio mastering is the opportunity to have someone with an experienced set of ears make sure your music will sound its best and translate well whether it is played in a car, on a home stereo, or on a boom box. It is our goal to give your music that "radio-ready" sound.

In addition, audio mastering is the art of giving your record a cohesive sound. It is making sure the pauses between the tracks are the correct lengths. It is making sure any fadeouts are nice and smooth. It is making sure the relative volumes from one track to the next are the same. But most importantly, it is making sure that your music is sonically taken to the next level.

• Medium Stage:
16 + 6 channel mixer, 2000 or 4000 watt power station, 2 to 4 main speakers, 4 monitor speakers, 1 main mix with 2 monitor mixes, 4 vocal microphones, complete with all cables, stands, and Sound Engineer.

• Small Stage:
12 Chanel powered mixer, 2000 watt power station, 2 main speakers, 2 to 4 monitor
speakers, 1 main mix, 2 monitor mixes, 2 to 4 vocal microphones, complete with all cables, stands, and Sound Engineer.

• Corporate and Small Club Stage:
4 to 32 Chanel mixer, 1 main and 1 monitor mix, 2 main speakers, 1 to 2 monitor speakers, up to 4 microphones, complete with all cables, stands, and Sound Engineer.

• Notes:
For consecutive days, that do not require stage breakdown and reset, the Large, Medium, and Small stage sets will be discounted $100.00 off stage pricing.

Mobile Stage

STANDARD FEATURES

The mobile stage is equipped to provide stages of the following dimensions: Standard 8’ x 20’

and expandable to 16’ x 20’ or 25’ x 20’. There is a handicapped lift to conform to ADA

requirements. There are stairs and skirting for the stage.

 

The renter and a representative from the GSS will verify the stage inventory provided at the

beginning and ending of each rental. The renter assumes sole responsibility for all missing

and/or damaged equipment during the time of use and will be billed accordingly. Both parties

will note the cleanliness of the mobile stage.

SET-UP AND TAKE DOWN

VSHE employees will be responsible for setting up the mobile stage, attaching the extension

sections, stairs and/or skirting. After the event is over, the VSHE crew will take down the stage

and accessories. The VSHE crew will retrieve the stage at the time specified by the renter. The

renter will be billed for any excess time, caused by a delay, in the agreed take down time and

closing of the mobile stage. The organization using the mobile stage cannot assist the VSHE

employees in setting up or taking down the accessories. In the towed position, the stage is only

8 1/2 feet wide, allowing you to get in and out of tight spots with your SUV. The mobile stage is

also light enough to maneuver manually when disconnected from your tow vehicle. After set up,

you can even tow the stage to another nearby location by simply removing the stairs and raising

the leveling jacks.

 

If the mobile stage remains at the event location overnight, an enclosed and/or fenced area or

a security person must be provided to protect the mobile stage from damage.

 

All contracts will contain all the agreements by the parties hereto. There are no promises, agreements, terms or conditions other than those contained herein. This agreement shall apply to and bind all parties and may not be changed orally. All payments are due on the date of service. Your booking is guaranteed when we receive your deposit or Payment.  All deposits are non-refundable. Any exceptions to this would be at the discretion of VSHE, given unusual circumstances. Either the VSHE or employee may cancel this contract. Any cancellation must be submitted, in writing, no less than 30 working days prior to the performance date or the full payment will be charged. This is to provide each party with an actual statement.

• 30% Deposit required on all rentals.

• All pricing set at a per Event period.  

The fine print: Special pricing and consideration may apply for the Holidays, special charity or community events and national or international conventions. Additional charges may be applied for extraordinary staging, lighting and/or sound equipment requirements
